Even though I placed the order online from another state, I experienced personal customer service as they reached out to me to be sure the flowers were delivered safe and sound and not frozen! The bouquet that I ordered for a family member was just beautiful. Although I placed the order online, I called Denise first, to inquire about delivery and requesting changes to the item as pictured on the website. The couple flower changes I asked for were done just right, the arrangement was delivered as promised and on time, and the note was handwritten as I had printed online, just right. I was very happy with the service, the timing, and the beauty and freshness of the bouquet. Great job Beech Tree.
